How I ate and exercised today

Three thoughts:

• Better than yesterday!
• I ate twice as much popcorn today as I usually will. What can I say? An air popper arrived in the post today; I had to test it out. It is now my favorite thing ever.
• I'd have logged more time exercising, except I hadn't really been on a bike in a year. I can barely move my legs as it is.
